Terms of Service

Last updated: March 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Keyless ("the Bot," "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Keyless is a Discord bot that provides simulated CS2 case opening, a virtual economy, gambling-style games, inventory management, and related entertainment features. All items, currency, and transactions within the Service are entirely virtual and hold no real-world monetary value.

3. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Virtual Currency & Items

  • All virtual currency ("Kredits") and virtual items exist solely for entertainment purposes.
  • Virtual currency and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services.
  • We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove virtual currency and items at any time without prior notice or compensation.
  • Buying, selling, or trading virtual currency or items for real-world value is strictly prohibited.
  • Virtual items are not redeemable for real CS2 skins or any Valve/Steam products.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
  • Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior for an unfair advantage. Report any issues to us promptly.
  • Use automation, macros, self-bots, or scripts to interact with the Service.
  • Attempt to manipulate the economy, game outcomes, or any Service mechanics.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through the Service.
  • Create or use multiple accounts to circumvent cooldowns, bans, or other limitations.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Fair Use & Enforcement

We employ automated and manual measures to maintain fair play and prevent abuse of the Service. Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent bans, or forfeiture of virtual currency and items, at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Keyless and its creators. CS2 and Counter-Strike are trademarks of Valve Corporation. Keyless is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Valve Corporation. All CS2 skin names, weapon names, and case names are used for descriptive purposes in a simulated environment.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Gambling features are simulated and for entertainment only — they do not constitute real gambling. Drop rates and game outcomes are determined by random number generation and may not reflect real CS2 probabilities.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Keyless and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of virtual currency, virtual items, or game progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data following termination in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
